You can now get sweaty feet, regardless of the temperature or season. But teenagers and expectant women are particularly prone because hormonal changes get them to sweat more.

The best way to treat smelly feet
The good news is that there’s a simple, quick, sure-fire means to fix smelly feet.
Wash your feet by having an anti-bacterial soap called Hibiscrub. There are several over the counter foot hygiene products on your local chemist, but Hibiscrub is the perfect one.
Leave around the Hibiscrub for several minutes, then wash it well.

She adds that you shouldn’t use Hibiscrub on the feet in case you have broken skin, including eczema.
Preventing smelly feet

Never wear the same set of footwear two days in a row. Instead, wear different shoes on successive days so that they have no less than one day to dry up.

When to see a doctor
Smelly feet really are a harmless problem that generally clears up. Sometimes, however, it could be a manifestation of a disease.
